It's the same brand-wide menu here on the Waterway: blueberry pancakes and French toast, the famous Blueberry Hushpuppies, benedicts with house-made sauces, the skillets, made-to-order omelets, and lighter Mediterranean-leaning plates.<strong>Gluten-friendly</strong> and<strong> lactose-friendly</strong> substitutions are available.

Everything’s cooked when you order it — nothing pre-made, nothing sitting around. Pancakes, omelets, the vegetable-forward plates: all fired to order. It takes a few minutes longer. That’s the trade, and it’s the right one.
